Ajah Turner juggles a lot of balls, yet she manages to be successful in each of her many roles. She works full-time at UAB, she is a full-time nursing student, she is a mom to three children, and she has a side business called Embellish Prints by Ajah A. After a stint with Core Medical Services, LLC, Ajah now attends Herzing University. She is a certified nursing assistant, a certified phlebotomist, and a certified medical assistant. She aspires to be a licensed nurse. Ajah encourages future graduates to keep an open mind and be ready to learn, to network by reaching out and connecting with others in their field, and to remember that it is okay to make mistakes. “Making mistakes and learning from them is how we grow,” she says.

They can upload a short video (less than two minutes) and a photo here. The video should be an introduction of themselves, a synopsis of what they do in their career, and the coolest work-related experience they’ve had so far.
Make sure the video is between :30 and 2 minutes. The photo should be of just them with a background that reflects what they are doing in their career. They should be sure to use their name (first and last) as the file name for the photo and the video.
